AYC Cold Weather Flash and COBB tune Interference?

Hi,

I took my EVO X GSR in for the AYC recall flash. I think the intent of the TCU flash was to prevent the cold weather acd pump failure by shutting off the AYC system. Anyways, when I went to dealership they were not able to perform the flash, the service technician said they were getting a 'ghost' error. I had the COBB tune still on the ECU at the time and was wondering if this was the cause of it. Does COBB lock the ECU so that flashes cannot be performed on it? Has anyone had first hand experience with getting a recall flash successfully done while they had the COBB tune on? They kinda just popped it on me that I had a flash recall open so I hastily agreed to it but I didn't have my Cobb tuner on me at the time to untune, so I ended up not getting the flash done. In the end, I would like to go get the flash done because I do not want to go through a new acd pump every winter.
