getting high knock low load

getting high knock low load
Hi i been getting realy high knock at low load on my 97 evo 4
car has a evo 7 ecu - tephra v5.10 90550001 rom
the knock is happening between 2100-3500rpm around 80 load and getting counts of up too 36!
i have looked around and it seems to happen quiet abit
can anyone tell me how to filter it out ill attach my rom below

its not generally a good idea to lower knock sensor settings, unless you know its false knock - which needs det-cans to determine accurately.
have you checked that there is nothing loose or rattling or knocking on the car (like the down pipe? I was had the down pipe hitting the bottom of the oil pan, and it would set the knock light off @ the same area, especially in 5th or 4th gear..
try also checking the knock sensor is screwed in and not loose.
do you have cams at all? (as some cams are noisy) Your timing and fueling look ok in that area (basically stock). Try also taking 1-2 degrees out of the timing in the area and see if its still knocking.
worse case, replace the sensor - about $100-120 incl from the stealership.
can you post a log of the knock occuring??

I think it may have been the lifters ticking as they were ticking realy loud fixed the ticking problem and no more 36 counts of knock still getting random knock from the o2 housing rattle buy still trying to find a cheap replacement
