Car wont start in cold

I recently have had a Buschur 2.0LR installed and now that it is 20-35 degrees out the car wont start. It is obviously a new tune as well but was done indoors and in the fall before it was to cold out. Car is on FIC 2150s E85 and a double pumper with 255s in it. The car will crank but doesn't even sound like it is close to starting. I wanted to know where in the map you can adjust the cold start settings and any advice on how to go about adjusting it.

Use this thread. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...cv-tables.html

Add the appropriate info to your rom. Follow how to make the changes. E85 requires a lot more fuel than most folks realize when going to 40* and lower ambient temp. Use tables labeled 1 & 2 the most for start up fueling issues.
