Cant log afr via wideband

I am working with my evox.
I have a serial port and tapped into my aem afr blue data line and grounded that out to the chassis.

I cant get a damn reading to the computer, I can get my gauge to work though.

any ideas?

The blue wire goes to the rs232 adapter then u need an rs232 to usb adapter. Make sure your comport selected is correct.

I have tried all the options on the log afr also on the drop down menu on the evoscan and evoscan sees my comport

what rs232 to usb converter are you using? I went through two cheap ones that didnt work before i bought the radioshack gigaware one that works perfect.

Just so i make sure you wired it right, you have the blue wire from the aem gauge hooked up to the blue wire on the rsr232 connector correct? It sounds like you stated you grounded the blue wire in your first post.

I have the blue wire hooked up to the blue wire on the connector and the black wire is grounded to a solid ground.

I will buy a new port tomorrow.
