Lower Load Knock - We don't care?

So I was working on knock today after converting to Tephra v7.

I'm curious about "Knock Load (knock ignored below these levels)":

If I set those levels all to say 10, i get the following from making an lap around the block (staying out of boost, maximum values):

Is there are reason not to bother tuning out knock below the default levels in that table?

Looks like phantom knock. Log knock voltage, true knock counts usually register at 1.5V or above. Phantom knock won't spike voltage much or at all.

Cylinder pressures around light load are significantly lower than when at higher loads. Meaning the stresses applied to the parts are also significantly reduced. I would ignore it. I believe my load is set to ignore anything below 100.
