Evo x - tehpra v3 - how to get consistent AFRs in different termperatures

Let me start out by saying that I know very little about tuning but it seems that certain people have been able to get their WOT afrs to be pretty consistent within .2 or so in differing temperatures.

My AFRs at WOT on a 35 degree day are about .4 to .6 leaner than on a 65 degree day, and i've seen some threads of people that seem to have fixed this by smoothing out the fueling tables at different load levels, since if you were tuned in 35 degree weather the tuner might not have adjusted the fueling tables for the load cells you would be hitting on a 65 or hotter degree day?

If you Maf and injectors are properly scaled is this a a good place to start to try to make a tune more consistent with its AFRs at WOT on a 35 degree day and a 65 degree day?

Thanks for all the help guys!
