Evoscan log issue

Lancer evo 7, evoscan 2.8, everything seems correct n the options: openport 1.3x, MUTIII, EFI.
The log starts, but the readings are all zero, except for the ignition timing that is -20.
Ideas?

I am using evoscan v2.9 and a 2.0 cable, I don't have the same issues you are having but every now and then I will have an issue with evoscan showing 0 for external wideband. Restarting the laptop seems to fix it for me.
