Options for logging car during track runs ?

I'm curious as to what the options are out there for logging the car during 1/4 mile drag events and even road course events.

Obviously we have the laptop and evoscan for pulls but are there easier ways to be doing it seeing you can't be fiddling with a laptop on the track.

Just like to hear whats out there if anything.

I’ve recently started using the standalone logging feature with the tactrix 2.0 cable. No need to have a laptop in the car. Just the tactrix dongle with an sdcard.

Hmm see I have no idea the tactrix 2.0 did that. I was borrowing one from a friend. Was just going to buy the 1.3 but maybe not now.

Ill have to look into that on the site. Thanks

Ahh I see. I was wondering why they wanted so much money for the 2.0 compared to the 1.3. Especially when the 1.3 logs faster.

Now I just have to find the write up on how to use it. lol.

Thanks for the reply Biggie also. That would be out best option Im assuming now for stock ecu.

I am trying to figure out the pins on the data link connector now.

Seems i could just the stereo jack as the signal wire but curious as to what else i could use based off the pins 1,3,9,11,12,13 ?
