EcuFlash setup help

So I've searched and searched and uninstalled and reinstalled ECUFlash a few times now. I keep having what I think may be an issue with my software or computer, unless I'm just completely misunderstanding how this program works. So I downloaded the latest version no problem, I've hooked up to my car and read the ROM file no problem (Unfortunately it is 88590013, which seems to have minimal to no support for patches, unless once again I'm misunderstanding and can just use Tephra V7 in an 8859xxxx ROM ID) and I was able to view the tables and save the Stock ROM. This is where I get lost. All of the tutorials are all focused around tuning which isn't where I need the help. I've decided to try to look for the XML files to try to familiarize myself with them and maybe go from there to figure out if I can just put in the Tephra V7 XML and see what happens. The problem is the ECUFash folder in my computer only holds 2 sub-folders inside the OpenECU folder. There are no metadata files, XML files, nothing, just "Uploads" and "Logs". inside these are nothing. So what am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to download all of the software that these tutorials seem to have in their ECUFlash folders? If so where do I find this information? I'd really appreciate some help on this topic! Thanks guys.

I've found out the solution to my problem, my "MetaData Directory" in options was set to the wrong folder. Since adjusting that and the "ROM File Directory" in the options menu I have been able to load Tephra V7 and start tuning. I'm posting my solution to possibly help other people in the future. Also I'm sure it's been known but i want to say that the Tephra V7 88590175 works problem free in my ECU with a factory ROM ID of 88590013.
