Advice on tuning new BR RPM 2.3 and Tephra V7 SD
Hey guys looking to see if i can get some input on my car and its tune. Car has a new Buschur Racing 2.3 RPM, FP Black, Built Head, AEM Cam Gears, FP 4R Cams, Stock IM and TB. Currently running some older PTE 780's I had until I get car idling right. Have a set of FIC 2150's waiting to go in.
So Im waiting on some paper work before i can register it and get it on a dyno again. Id like to get it as close as possible to running correctly before i bring it there and waste my time for what ever reason.
So Ive gotten the car to start and idle but its erratic. I started first by moving cam gears a degree at a time to see if it helped and it did. That was advice from my tuner as well. Right now the car sits at +4 on intake and -3 on the exhaust. Used to have to keep the pedal floored to get it to start and if it didnt i would foul plugs out pretty much immediately. Now I just barely have to touch the pedal and it starts right up.
Thinking of turning my BISS out as well. Thinking i might still need more air for the isc to work properly.
I do know already after doing some reading that my kpa to load table is off so trying to figure that out now. Going to post my tune if anyone is bored. lol. I have to learn all this as i go so just seeing if anyone could help me speed this up. lol.
