MAF disable, P0102/P2228

Hello everyone,
I am having an issue as far as CEL light is on, after disconecting the MAF sensor.
I have done Patch how-to: manifold air temperature logging
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...e-logging.html

I have not done pin #96 to the GM IAT, it sill connected to the original sensor in the fuel tank.
I did further searching and found Links to jcsbanks's Speed Density Patches
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...y-patches.html

So from my understanding is "hex 0X03 is for Speed density, and 0X0E for MAF. Unless that I need more clarification in that regard.
I am running as well OMNI 4 Bar sensor and i have done Omni 4 bar MAP sensor ROM compatibility settings for USDM Evo 8/9
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...evo-8-9-a.html

The car was fully operational with Stock MAF Sensor and the original MAP sensor no CEL light, The car was opretional with stock MAF and the OMNI MAP sensor with no CEL light.
The soon I switched the plug " Spoolinup Speed density cable" to the GM IAT from the stock MAF, the car was running but with CEL light on, the Two codes that i pulled were P0102, and P2228. Here is the " ECU Periphery"

My goal is to get the car running without CEL light, and take it to a shop to get it tuned, This ECUFlash operation is way too much for me, but I am stuck in the middle and I need to get it taken care of and move on to a shop knows what they are doing.
Thank you in advance, any help is welcomed

Update*
I Have plug the MAF back into circuit and I Was able to clear both codes. So the "Speed Density Programming" is not switching the ECU to IAT and bypassing the MAF.
*Question will be under " SD Convert IAT=>MAT" by setting the "HEX" to 0X03 the ECU should be switching to log from the "GM IAT" VS. setting the "HEX" to 0X0E for MAF ??
*Question under "SD Disable MAF error OBD II Cel" is "HEX" 0X3EA0" is the disable or "HEX" 0X41DA ? and by disabling the MAF error will that force the ecu to log data from the "GM IAT" ?
*Question if " SD Disable MAR Error Main" set to " HEX" 0XCB08 and it's not disabling the CEL, what is the "Hex" that I need to plug in to accomplish the main purpose of this feature?

Thanks for all of the help from nobody, but I was able to resolve the issue and the car is fully operational, all of the CEL codes are gone and now the car is a happy camper. Now to the local shop for injectors and full tune.
