Black smoke

Hello everyone,
I have a problem on my new bought EVO X GSR 2011 model ROM: 52680122, here are the modifications:
Stroker engine (manley 94mm), forged internals, Keldord 214 B cams, GTX3071R, AEM cold air intake, AMS intercooler and piping Blitz inlet manifold, equal length exhaust manifold ( not specified) full HKS hi power dual exhaust and FIC 1000 CC injectors.
Max boost 26 psi
I have dialled the injectors depending on the data provided by FIC/Cobb and my fuel trims are at +3%.
I have tuned my AFR according to the below :
Spool 12.2
High boost high torque 11.4 - 11.3
High rev 11.1
On acceleration and starting 3700 rev and boost 0.9 (AFR around 12) excessive black smoke is seen from the exhaust.
Here are the tests I have done:
Zeroed the Exhaust (0) and inlet cam (10) = same result
I have reduced the latency by 10% then 20% = same result (probably a little less smoke but still too much black smoke)
I went leaner with the fuel MAP = same result
I have no leak in the exhaust lines.

Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
Geo

Just a quick Q, why is everything at low loads and RPM at 13:1?
I get black smoke on boost, which is completely normal. Not all fuel is being burnt at AFR richer than 14.68, and any unburnt fuel will cause particulates. At ratios under 12 you will get PLENTY.

If I were you, I would change all the 13.0's to 14.7. Then blend the cells so it;s s smooth transition to your boost areas.
The less fuel you inject, the less of it gets in the oil, and washes down the cylinders.

Back to your smoking issue, I don't think it's a problem as long as your actual, measured AFRs at the exhaust are in safe ranges, and your fueling system is consistent across all cylinders.

Exclamation

Hello,
1- When I reduced my latency (for testing) I have lost the correct richness at idle, therefore I have set the 14.7 cells to 13 and modified the low pulse adder table in order to preserve my idle and low rev drivability.
2- the black smoke is so aggressive in a way that the rear end of the vehicle is becoming black (white evo … )
And there is pops and bangs in exhaust at lift off due to unburned fuel.

Can Anyone of the etuners offer a solution for my problem …. if yes please inform me

Guys, I really need an assistance in this matter.
I was just thinking that my ride is 2011 model but the rom inside the ecu is 52680022 for the GSR 2008.
Is it possible that the soft incompatibility is the cause for this unjustifiable black smoke ???
I think it should be 52690014;

Your opinion really matters.

If your car is a 2011 USDM model 5MT, I think 56890009-56890013 should be compatible for it.
Posting a black smoking video might be able to tell if it's normal or not.
