So ever since I installed my id 1000cc injectors on my Evo 8 I've had an issue here if I start it when after it has been sitting for more than 5 mins and the coolant gauge is still above the bottom line it will start and either die right away or idle surge from 300rpm to 900 rpm 3-4 times while pinging - - - on my aem wideband so super lean.
It will eventually catch itself and idle up to 1000 rpms where I have it set at after it surges for 5-9 seconds But still run super lean for 30 secs then it goes back to normal afr’s
ive messed with injector scaling, injector voltage, octane map, and the iscv settings and nothing has helped.
hopefully someone has had a simulator problem or I am just missing something obvious.
