Evo 8 life after storage issues

2003 evo 8
2.1L
fp5r/11 cams
2150's
dual 255's
-8 fuel system iirc, with fuel rail afpr etc

I built the motor, broke it in, started a tune and drove it around for a bit trying to figure out fueling issues(one of the pumps ended up dead, as well as some other stuff).
Life happened, stored the car for like 1.5 years or so, with a full tank of e85(probably going to be an issue).

I had no idea where I was at with the tune, so I just started over from scratch.
Used option 5 of 96531706, applied the min ipw patch, disabled immobilizer, and currently I'm not getting any rpm on tach or evoscan. Obviously it doesn't fire either. Funny enough, the fuel pump does prime though, which leads me to believe either something with ecu, or cam sensor? In my experience I wouldn't get fuel pump prime with a bad crank sensor.

Any help would be much appreciated. Would like to finally finish this thing, its been too long.

is their any issues still with using 9653xxxx vs 9417xxxx?

tried the other rom type, no luck. When i log rpm it jumps all over the place. Could this be as simple as a bad ground?

Well, order a CPS, lets hope this is the culprit.

Have you verified your getting power to the sensors?

I checked on evoscan that IAT, and coolant temp were registering correctly, besides that no, I have not checked. I went thru every single fuse tonight to make sure that wasnt the issue either.
