EcuFlash xml issues/ lean warm start with SD
EcuFlash xml issues/ lean warm start with SD
so im having this issue with ecu flash im trying to read the rom on my new evo 9. i got the tephra xml loaded up and everything is the most recent version of it i could find. its running on ROM ID 88591715 SD. the issue im having is i cant find any good tables for startup fuel decay. it cold starts wellish but idles kind of high which i think i have that figured out with the ISCV tables that are available and not greyed out. The real problem is warm start is super lean and wants to die for about 30 seconds then it just goes away and runs normally. Another problem is im not finding this rom to have very many good fuel tables for idle. i also have a ton of greyed out options all over the place specifically my SD MAP sensor VE and Calibration table is greyed out. i have not edited any xml but i know how if i need to, other problem is searches are leaving me short of information for this rom. i can post up my rom when i get to my laptop and its using the tephra v7 xml package. Any sort of help would be appreciated
Also should mention this map was tuned as E85 the primary map and 93 the alternate map. confused the **** outta me when everything says the e85 map blinks fast, almost blew it up switching maps to the wrong one lol.

I will seriously paypal anyone who can help me get these to work. im not understanding why they are not clickable as nothing XML has been messed with. Dont understand why base XML are not clickable with tephra
well for anyone wondering, i ended up putting everything back to original tune and swapped out the non oem IACV for a oem mitsu one and it fixed almost everything. It was the $29 mitsu one for a galant and it worked perfectly on my evo 9.
Update: it fixed warm start and everything exept the stalling when coming to a stop with AC on. im going to be trying a few different fixes on here with the mivec timing at idle and the iscv steps and whatnot. will report back for newer information to be had on this incase anyone needs to read it. forums seem to be quiet these days.. how convienent. also was able to apply some ISCV patches to my 8859 rom i found on here to make things a little easier.

just to answer this, i ended up finding some XML to add a table for fuel cutoff delay. once that was added the car has never shut off again coming to a stop under any parameter. not sure how that was not already there.
