wasup guys, ive been trying to read and save my stock rom with ecuflash, but no luck? When it finishes reading a dialog box comes up reading "unknown rom image". Then it gives you three options:
1. Abort using rom image with no chance of saving
2.Continue using this rom image with no definition (no reading or viewing but savable)
3.Use wizard to create new definition (NOT RECOMMENDED-FOR DEVELOPERS ONLY!!)

i dont know what it is. It is an Evo IX 2006 gsr. Bought it from Mitsubishi about 2 months ago, stock with 8900miles. No mods that I know of. Can someone please help me!!

you don't have the right XML... probably 88590014 or 88590015.

what version of ecuflash, and do you have those XML's in your ecuflash directory?

i have EcuFlash 1.35 i believe, and yes i do have those in my folder.

1.35 should have come with those XML's.

check to ensure your EcuFlash settings are pointing to the correct folder..
