Weird Problem. Ignition?

need some help guys, car is a JDM Evo VII on 9055 rom.

see the logs below. when tuning the car once full boost comes in (approx. 25psi) the car bucks slightly and well the logs indicate a lot of knock (in some cases 150?? counts) at this point timing is pulled to -14 somehow.

i tried pulling timing at the points where it happens but it did not help the stutter continues. AFRs are at 10-10.3 in that region (i also tried to richen up with no help).

in my opinion it seems like an ignition problem:

1. stock plugs are fouled from running to rich (plugs are 8s gapped at 25)?

2. coil packs leaking spark?

3. is it time for Sparktech (i highly doubt this on only 25 psi)

feel free to ask any questions. Thanks in advance.

yeah i am thinking plugs, so it is ignition?

the guy wanted to buy a sparktech before the problem, i am sure that would help.

KnockSum should max out at 43 counts.

And pull a maximum of 15 degrees retard.
(Octane will pull some timing also)

Somethings weird.

IMO 10.3 is a pretty rich rich, try leaning it out to around 11.3 at full boost. Also stupid question, but is it hitting boost cut?

my point exactly knock peaked at 154 degrees...for some reason timing went down to -14 (this car does not have the ignition retard limit removed).

i tried this, got the AFR to 11.3 and 11 same problem. nope fuel cut is 319, car peaks at 300 load.

IMO, the plugs are fouled due to running too rich previously. or spark plugs are just not gapped prooperly.

any ideas whether something mechanical can cause this?

PS: in the pictures when u see kock and the load dropping it is within the same gear, just realised it looks like the gears have changed while doing logs and it was shift knock.

ditch d nology! they have had bad reviews since the dsm days in d 4g63. ur oem wire (once they are in good condition) should do the trick. i used oem coils, wires and oem plugs at 26 gap when i run 22 psi to the redline. by d way are u runnin 25 psi on pump?
