Does anyone know how to add more options to tephra's alt maps? Instead of just another set of boost, fuel and timing tables I would also like to add the immobilizer code as well to the second set of maps.

No need to have the immob code on the mapset, it's already defined outside of your tuning maps. Wouldn't do you any good to change it anyway...

i could understand an alt MIVEC map, but thats about it really, the rest is all general car settings and not specific to each tune.

Evos are getting stolen in cali a lot lately. I had this idea that if people weren't using the alt maps for a dual tune they could use it to prevent someone from being able to start the car. For example, a map switch could be in the car somewhere. One map has your regular tune with the immobilizer code. The other map has the immobilizer code missing meaning the car won't start. So when you leave your car at a shopping mall you just hit the switch then the car won't start for someone trying to hot wire it. When you return you just hit the switch again and drive home.

I guess you can do that with the valet mode.
Set Rev to 0.
