Evo 7 clutch..Help..
Evo 7 clutch..Help..
Hi everyone..I m living in Turkey and i bought a 2000 miles Evo 7 last week..The car of my dreams..The car is now at 2400 and I didn't do any launches but my clutch is slipping in 4th and 5th about 300-400 rpm's..I dont wanna put the stock clutch on it again couse I thýnk it is not a good one..Can someone recommend for me a clutch that I can use in everyday and often in traffic?.. I'm desperate..
yeh the stock clutches are a complete waste.
I bought the HKS GD MAX clutch.it's a twin disc clutch and it comes with pressure plate and flywheel.real good investment.
i thought it would have been fierce, but actually, it's nice and soft even softer than stock.
easy to drive in traffic. My car is a daily driver and i have no problems.
best investment i made on my car.
and the best part.......U can launch reallllllllllllllllllll hard and u wont get any clutch smell or slippage or anything.I've had mine for about 8 months now and i go to the track every weekend and race.the other day i built over my engine, so everything had to come out.I had a look at the clutch and to my amazement, it is still like new.
cant go wrong!!hope this helps
