This is the standard Buschur tubular turbo manifold and 02 housing which utilizes a ford 5 bolt .63 ar back housing

PS - you MUST come by when its dry out and go for a ride in this monster

This car has opened my eyes to a lot of wasted money spent on mods that are not needed to make a really fast street car

BTW - this is the first customer I have had in 6 years that followed all of my suggestions and went with the parts which I recomended

I will call you tomorrow. It was raining when I got of work tonight after you called. How much more do you think there is left with this turbo on q16 and 40psi?

The numbers are very good indeed Al, but I also had to read between the lines to find that this is with pump + methanol, so it is not representative of 93 octane 'pump' gas.

Anyway, good figures. The HTA86 and FS635 appear to be very comparable, both physically and functionally.

True dat my man. Lately we have been doing all the big power Evos and Subarus on Aquamist kits with pump gas and we have now been able to achive race gas like results on pump (with meth)

Considering that my Evo broke into the 9's with 636 dyno jet whp 4 years ago @ 138 this Evo IX should be a nice 9 second car on pump and meth with ease

I would think that the car would make quite a few more ponies with more boost and true race gas with meth

Since we have already achived our customer's objective for power there is no need to push things further

That is one crazy monster

Al, What do you think car would deliver if run on pump gas ONLY?

This thread shows that I should consider a standalone if upgrading my block to 2.3L, which is stock 2.0L at the moment. Correct?

The Bad Bish II regularly makes 600 whp on 100% pump gas with the old technology 59 mm wheel HTA35

I would suggest that 600 whp is viable on 93 octane pump gas, although I see no reason not to suppliment any such car with a methanol injection system such as Aquamist for the saftey factor.

2.0 to 2.3 is not a factor in electing to go with a stand alone

Reasons for wanting a standalone ecu have to do with enhanced control over the tunable parameters and more options than on a stock ecu. I generally suggest standalone systems for customers making over 500 whp.

great job but I give it two weeks before the IAC melts from Meth. METH IS BAD! not worth it if hooked up before the TB. Good Luck

S

Once you 2 step that sh** it is signora IAC lol ive learned hard way. NOONE should have to spend 350 bucks everytime this happens regardless of evo8 or evo 9 IAC this will happen.

Nice Al! The dyno graph makes it seem as that car would be a blast to drive!
