Evo IX tuning WITH factory boost pill

Evo IX tuning WITH factory boost pill
Got a question for the public out there with regards to tuning an Evo IX with the factory boost pill setup in place. I know nearly everyone removes it (mine has been removed and replaced with all new lines and an MBC). However, I am seeing if I can fit into a specific class in NASA and MBC's cost a lot of mod points!
So, what kind of whp difference does the stock boost pill setup create? Is there a specific difference +/- that is used as a rule of thumb?
Example: I put down 305whp/300wtq awhile back on the AMS dynojet @ 23psi with the boost pill setup removed. What if I put the stock setup back on?
Any other suggestions to get around modifying the boost lines are welcome. I know this would not be optimal for the yeilds of the tune; but trying to fit into the series class. Thanks.

With the 100% factory boost assembly on a Evo 9 (with factory pill) you are limited to about 20-21psi tapering to around 15psi, depending on flow mods. The factory pill is sized from the factory for that boost at 100% wastegate duty cycle.
With a open filter and full exhaust it will run a little more boost at the same duty cycles.
