Just took steelcityevo8's car off the dyno and it came out terrific.
The owner of the car is a very patient man. He has been putting parts together a piece at a time for about a year now. Rather than doing the car half assed and being disapointed he wanted to buy the parts as his budget allowed and then put them all on at once. So after some patience and time he gathered up all his parts, brought it to Ohio and about 2.5 weeks ago it was finished.
Today he came in to watch the tune. First we tuned the car at 30 psi on pump gas, 93 from Sunoco. The car made a respectable 536/415 on the pump gas. That was no the priority, the pump gas map is his back up map just in case he can't find any E85.
So on to the E85 tuning we went. The car was just fantastic on E85. I didn't know if we'd have enough fuel/injector to make big power but it ended up we had quite a margin of extra fuel.
The car is equipped with our double pumper, twin feed line kit, our bolt on stock/modified FPR and our fuel rail. Duty cycles hit a max of 81% at peak torque and that was running the car on the rich side.
Power hit a very impressive, ultra smooth 650 whp and 561 ft lbs of torque at a peak boost of 41.72 psi.
Here's the combination of parts:
BR Stage 3,2 liter
BR Stage 3 head
BF272 cams
BR double pumper
BR fuel rail
BR FPR
1600cc injectors
BR downpipe
BR offroad pipe
Jun BL catback
BR upper/lower i/c pipes
BR race FMIC
BR custom header (old one from the Bad Bish)
BR FS635 turbo
E85 fuel from Sheetz
BR coil on plug
AEM EMS
Stock intake manifold, extrude honed
BR 65 mm throttle body
Here is the dyno sheet:

This combination is just plain nasty. 325 rpm sooner spool up to 20 psi than my own car, so the boost is hitting 20 psi at 4672 rpm and it is making about 35 more ft lbs of peak torque.
Tires and a good driver this is a gauranteed mid 9 second street car.
Also like to add, this is one of the cleanest, nicest EVO's I've seen in quite awhile, very nice car.
Thanks for bringing the car to us steelcity! It was a pleasure working with you.

Those are very respectable results. Congrats! I love E85; when readily available it is the best most versatile fuel one can tune for.
David - is this car running on the stock valve springs?

Wow!! This sheet shows a very adequate tq curve for the fs635.
I guess the proper combination of parts gets the results!!
Edit:
Dave, out of curiosity, can you please post the pumpgas sheet?

I bet he is loving his new beast. I cant wait to hear his feedback once he gets home.
The car is definitely a VERY nice. Congrats on the build sir!
Our stage 3 head uses our dual valve springs & retainers.
