hey bud, in the first post it says you switched back to stock manifold then under neath it says it's a coated GT spec manifold? which one is it and was there any gains with the gt spec from the stocker if you have results? I also have a tomei arms turbo with kelford 272's and hfs6 meth injection. Not sure whether switching out exhaust manifold will have gains though.

i'm sure the quoted flow rates are for the compressor so you can't really use that figure to design/spec exh side manifolds imo

so i currently have s1 cams on my car. you guys are saying that if i'm going to run this turbo i should stick with the s1? haha looks like i have to sell my kelford's then. anyone interested? :-)
