Highest HP 4g63 engine (from 2007)
UGR gallardos in order to have more than 1000whp they need race gas.
I really dont want to know what that evo will do with race gas + meth + some serious boost.
But spyros isnt a boost limit treshold using these cams and turbo?

Spiros! Awesome work there!
Are you able to provide us detailed info from the cams you are using in your +10000 rpm engines. For example lift, cam degrees (0.1mm and 1.27 clearance), cam lobe etc..
According to this topic you have stage 1-3 cams in use.
It seems the cams are playing a major role at those rpms.
Thanks!

Goodmorning,
olmoscd, from the datalog the changes was from 11-11300rpms. was 14psi.
Broham, its all cost matter. Even 40grms heavier rod (stronger) at xxx rods will add extra thousands of cost to the factory dont say million. For 300hp all the parts are calculated vs cost perfect. Nothing to change.
PatricB, we use our very lightweight 178mm or 110mm custom clutches. Some pages before i post some pics.
STiguy.kiev, we dont use Hewland dogboxes. Oem shifter, no short shifter at all stock bushings stock lines, everything stock. we use only our inteligent flatshift knob connected to a second ecu that simulates the force per gear and then give the signal to our unit. Every gear has a diferent cut map per time and per boost.
When i post our ecu unit i will show u these maps and for the traction control also.
Or give me some time to post these only today.
Oz. at 14 psi is fast as a new haybusa first stage. These times are in the vbox the guys from speednation have the data to send us.
tzagasdog, we cant boost more than 14psi with stock fuel. For street use is fast even with 14psi. With race fuel is extremely fast and ~500hp more. we will see in few days the times.
Sute, its stage 3 cams using at this test. I will make new post for cams.
dsmfan95, its realy close ratios but actually is calculated using 26'' tires 660mm diameter tires not 628mm low profile street tires we use at the test.
tzagasdog, F1 reach 35-36m/sec for least 2 hours and 100mm pistons not 85.5mm. We reach 32-33m/sec for 20sec at a time. The pistons are designed for 36msec. m/sec, problems caused from weight and friction mostly. This engine combo tested from us many many dyno pulls and street tests. I have pics to show u what happend to a non designed piston to this acceleration if u want.

STiguy.kiev, here are some print screens of the most advanced ecu systems we built and we will sell direct plug n play for the 4g63s. Here is some screens of the flatshifts operations and boost strategy functions u ask.
I promise many months ago to show u our advanced ecu systems built for us from F1 and wrc guys but i will make new post specialy for this, but its not time now. At the kit we will sell, the ecu will be in, and programmed ready to play.
Next generation of managment systems.

Spyros,
Very impressive. When you say stock fuel, do you mean stock fuel lines or in the context of racegas there as well you mean "pumpgas" lower octane for the 13:1 and 14psi?

Well I'm jealous of that.
Has that 2000hp build been fired up yet? Just curious.
And to reply to R/Ternie, I believe spyros made a post something like 10 pages back, that showed this. He CNC's his own rocker arms.
