Ceazar's 465whp Evo 8!

Ceazar and I have been talking a few months over the phone on a specific setup I thought would make this car fast yet have good street manners. Well Today we got the car all tuned and ready to go with 465whp/400wtq on 93 Octane. We are utilizing an aem ems for engine management combined with a custom turbo kit sporting an hta35r and full race tubular exhaust manifold.

Evo 8 Mods:

Hta35r w/ full race manifold
precision 1,000 c.c Injectors
Aem Ems
Cosworth Cams
Arp Head Studs
Buschur Ported Intake Manifold
Buschur Ported Throttle Body
Full TBE
4" IC w/ Piping
Custom Intake
Stock Bottom End
26/27psi 93 Octane

Dyno Sheet: (1.2 CF)

26/27psi 93 Octane

Car runs smooth as silk! Ceazar will be picking up his car Tomorrow, he is in for a treat since his last setup was with the stock evo 8 turbo...This should put a smile on his face from ear to ear!

Car is making solid power on the stock bottom end @ 26/27psi. Customer wants to get used to this then build the motor and really turn the wick up!

What kind of fuel are you using? There is always some more power to be made!

I would expect a bit more from that turbo at that boost pressure especially with the intake manifold and throttle body. Maybe closer to 500 on 1.2?

When I had my 3065 63ar on the stock bottom end, stock im, stock tb on AEM the car was making 372awhp on same brand dyno at 25psi. with an HTA and 1-2psi more plus the intake mods I would expect closer to 400 if not more on 1.0cf. Maybe the mivec? I don't know...

In any event the car should be crazy fast especially compared to the stock turbo. Enjoy!!!

Oh It could have made 500whp easy. The goal for the customer was 450whp to get used to the car, enjoy it until winter, and then build the motor and go for more power. He is used to a stock 8 turbo with bolt-ons most likely making 300whp. He is up a tad from there and I can assure him this will be enough power to get going until he is ready for more after winter.

I was thinking the same thing. I made sligtly more power with a FP red with a little bit more boost. I was expecting to see 500 hp

Hello

How shoud I understand the 465whp/400wtq? The power is on the wheel which is on the crank is about 20% more ? Or it is calculated on crank ?

In Europe on dynodynamics show crank power..

crank hp is actually higher then wheel hp. 465/400 was done at a 1.2 CF which is very close to dynojet #'s
