I have had the Hallman act funny on me and was giving me boost creep. I would switch it out or take it apart and give it a cleaning. Sometimes the ceramic ball gets stuck to the base. See if that helps

Yea I was going to order a rebuild kit for it, and adjust the acuator alittle. I hope it will work, I really didnt want to setup for external, I like the stock appearing look.

THere could be many other factors why the boost is falling t 25 psi..I agree thats rather low expcially on 30 psi it should hold 29 to 28 psi with the right combo tune etc.etc.etc..I would check my bov,b.c.then finally if that doesnt't help then last the wastegate...i use to hold 27psi then i changed my upper intercooler pipe and bov and now im holding 30psi,to 29 psi at 7,900pm.s

Not to discredit the power that car made at AWDmotorsports, but look again as that is a DYNOJET dyno. No doubt that is impressive but the mustang dyno at epic that Red car would read a bit lower.....

So its in your sig and not installed yet? Hmmm.......If in fact you have the rest in your sig, along with a few other supporting mods, you should see some nice numbers also. Good luck...

I can completely believe 509-511 wheel at this boost level. The 2.4 car we did earlier last year for Johnny was making its power/torque on a 27 spike dropping to 24.5 or so out the top. I am sure this will generate some flack but its my feeling that the bigger motor uses more air and while the boost isnt as high the over all air mass being used is the same. If we did it on 92 and low timing, I am sure that 30ish and MORE timing will make the same power on a smaller motor.
Power is often in the details of the combo, do one thing that affects the combo and you globally affect power. I am not saying anything about the 450 that was done on the dynojet since I havent read that thread. Every car is in itself different, some have awesome head castings and some are pretty weak from the factory. Not all cams are created equal even from the same manufacturer. Lots of little things add up.
Again though to Robbie, Bobby, the OP, and the crew there congrats on some good power.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I hope to fix this minor boost problem and maybe shoot for alittle more on 93oct. Maybe 460-475? I plan on doing some lightweight parts now(driveshaft, batterykit, mustache bar, diff mounts, front crossmember). I just want a mid to low 11sec 1/4mile for a daily driver..........for now.
