If you change stock o2 to aftermarket - you'll have gains in top end (actually improve 5.5-6.5r RMP) but torgue will drop in the middle. There is always a choice My choice is torque...

Are you comparing a stock unported housing to one particular aftermarket O2 housing, or O2 dump? Exactly, how much of a torque drop are you observing in the midrange, when you say, "drop in the middle"?

that's interesting, will see on the dyno soon.
actualy we will remake an ebay aftermarket o2 housing to 3" bend with screamer pipe.
the most interesting is, now the car is without air box, just adapter and cone filter and the top power gone somewhere , probably due to knock cut above 4000-5000 RPM and the leaner AFR.

Hi to everyone
Some road tests after the second dyno with cone air filter, bigger 3" o2 housing and screamer pipe.
The new dyno graph is slightly higher at the top end, the boost also.
Have to add it soon.
The strange thing is the knock control retards the ignition advance doun to 1-2 degrees at the top end.
Forgot to mention previously, the dyno graphs are CF 1.01
