Major problem tonight
Driving in second gear, about 3/4 throttle car bogs alittle then all of a sudden the engine dies...I was able to pull over and try and start the car once again....I have a real hard time starting the car and seems as if theres no compression. I finally got the car started and noe the car sounds like a Suby. I manged to drive the car down the street to my tuners shop. He first checked the spark plugs and found that cylinder # 4 spark plug was bent alittle, then compression checked all the cylinders and found that cylinder #4 compression was lower than the rest. Funny thing is that the car doesnt emit smoke out of the exhaust and after everything was put back together we fired it up and ran normal... the head/motor will be taken apart tomorrow to see the extent of the damage. I hope and pray that its not going to be an engine re-build...lmk what yall think
that sux the big one, you just tuned her too, #4 took a dump, what was the previous power?
if you take her apart just do a drop in if you don't have to many miles on her.

I know but i dont know what went wrong the day after. All was fine the night of the tune...my tuner thinks it might have happened because im not running springs and retainers with the GSC S1 cams, but they arent recommended...I actually started up the car tonight to see if any IC pipings came off, but they all seemed fine...also the car started up fine ran normal...WTF???...The head will be taken off Monday first thing to diagnosed the problem.

Hey I live in mililani, I see you got tuned at rad's just curious here but who tuned you? I know there aren't any really good tuners here in Hawaii which is why everyone waits for Chris from AMS to come down.
We got 362 hp and 389 tq on one of the pulls @ 25psi on the stock IX turbo but I wanted the car tuned @ 21psi with the HP and TQ about the same too be on the safer side and he accomplished what I wanted. He is a very good tuner!
