Mike's car I can say has been tuned properly and other then age there is no reason to build the block unless he has money and want more HP. I was tuned by the same tuner and I'm making a bit more power then Mike especially since my my retune with the Grimmspeed EBCS and with 65k daily driven I can honestly say our blocks are safe
my car only has 43k on it and i daily drive it as well. 25psi is believe it or not pretty safe and i rarely punch it.
The Shop is in Norwalk CT by the way.
Dballz i think i may have found my idle problems. i noticed a black residue near the oil cap and the PCV valve so im guessing i have a leak there somewhere. i am going to try and fix that to see if my idle improves.

Great to hear guys, thanks. That's what I wanted to hear because I have a daily driven 03 with 75k, and seeing so many results like this from the BBK sure gets me itching to bolt one on.
Like I said, don't be afraid! I have been making 300whp (dyno dynamics) on my car since 30k miles, and I have just shy of 80k on the clock right now; stock bottom end! By about 45k miles it was making 360whp/350wtq and I put the BBK on at ~63k miles and have been making 420whp/390wtq since then. If you want to max out the stock bottom-end, but not push it, this turbo is the one to get.

Nice #'s, post ur graph in https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ts-thread.html
Not to brag, but if you think your car is scary you should come take a ride in mine im puting out 560 whp and 440 wtq on pump gas at 30 psi with the fp red. I was scared when junior was test driving my car, all of a sudden when he hit full boost in my cat I got thrown back in the seat and i was like wtf.
