Thumbs up .::Road Race Engineering GT3076 Tune::.

I searched around of course and finally came to the conclusion of purchasing the Road Race Engineering GT3076 kit. It pretty much consist of a HAFE exhaust manifold, a HAFE o2/wastgate combo, a Garrett GT3076r ball bearing turbo and of course RRE's special touch to make it recirculate. I opted for the kit due to the spool up characteristics of the gt30 and the stoutness of a cast exhaust manifold.

The tuning was performed by Scott Gray of RRE on a Dynapack 6000 AWD dyno. With this kit I was able to achieve FULL spool before 4200rpm and make decent track power on MS101. The RRE gt3076 kit MS101 race gas tune resulted in 450hp/397tq at 27psi. Which is very comparable to the numbers that my FP Red at 450hp/380tq at 28psi on a Dynojet. The fuel choice was selected due to it being readily available near my house and at the track (sorry no E85). I am also tuned on 91 octane, for DD status, at about 22psi making a whooping 370hp/314tq which I am able to switch to via dual Dejon MBC's wired up.

With a quarter tank of MS101 left in the tank I only experienced the high boost power for a few straight away road course runs. The power delivery is unbelievable. It just doesn't want to stop pulling through every gear. And I can tell you how it feels, as I've gone 160mph just nipping 7,000rpm in 5th before I had to lift going into Turn1 at Auto Club Speedway on the FP Red...

Well sorry for the lengthy read but hopefully it'll be informative for those of you interested in the outdated GT3076r, let alone the Road Race Engineering GT3076 kit...

Nice numbers Matt.. When I get back ill beat it for you properly. Always expect the best coming out of RRE. I'm making close to 370 on my X all done by RRE. Basic bolt ons and 272 Cossies... Fast and reliable.. Good luck this year Matt and RRE..
