Chris, for those of us DSM guys looking to run the EVO8 ECU in either a 1G or 2G, could we also take advantage of this?

 

Of course you can. You can add any car you want to the cars.xml just put it in the format in the file and itll be there for you to select when you drop your runs in VD.

Stay tuned for changes stryfetew ... Im about to add a (for the lack of a better word) ****-ton of cars in the next version hopefully. Im trying to get DSMLink files supported right now ... there is a lot of changes coming, so just strap your self in ... put your tray tables in the upright and locked position and hold the **** on.

 

Working nice for me...Seems to be similar to VDR 5.7, but easier for me and I like the AFR and boost plots....Nice job...

I wish there was an easy way to determine 'appropriate' smoothing....For me, it seems to be 12...

 

the smoothing that's necessary depends on the car. My car only needs 3-5 at the most, maybe it's the combination of the smooth tune and upgraded ignition system. Most of my customers need 5-10 smoothing on stock ignition. some need more.

 

where is evo7 on the menu?

anyone know what the wieght is for the australia evo vii gsr? so i can enter it into the virtual dyno.

 

same here . I used the evo8 gsr for my graphs but dont know if they are the same. Also my air temps are around 100 here where i live can i change it to that or the 77 has to stay?

 

I believe they are the same, brad is going to add other models in 1.6
