Either way good power for that elevation! It would be over 500 at sea level I'm sure. The BBK-B on a 2.3L I tuned made 520whp at sea level.

The BBK-B is a great turbo.
LMFAO my car is still setting the example

Spent some time on the dyno last night @ KT Motoring (Dyno Dynamics) aka "heartbreaker" I finally grew a set and turned the wick up a bit...

BBK-B + 29.x - 26.x psi up top (7k) + e-70 w/ rich spool, and peak TQ. RICH! I'll most likely go over my logs tonight and lean it out a bit just before/@ peak tq. I should be more specific 12.5-12.0 spool, but as it gets to about 4k I richened it up quite a bit... Sorta of a test for peronal knowledge. NO KNOCK w/ it rich!!! 2-3* peak 16* @ 7k

Notes: Stock motor, stock cams, full bolt ons, minus manis.. I believe theres more left in her, but I think Im pushing it as is...

Completely losing fuel pressure past 7K, which is why we didnt run it past that...
single walbro, un modded, and 1000's.

I don't have solid dyno #s for the car yet but I went to the track this weekend to get some baseline passes...Car is a 2006 MR & still has the 6 spd trans, 93 oct. @ 26-27psi with tuning done by me, timing and a/f are conservative right now & I am also having some false/phantom knock issues...booo...Don't know the weight of the car but I am assuming around 3300 with me in it...Obviously I can not stay in 4th gear through the traps so I have to shift into 5th @ the 1000 ft marker which is killing my times...If I was able to ride 4th gear all the way out I would probably be a tenth or more quicker ET & 1-2MPH faster also...This is the fastest ET I've had with the car yet, so I was happy with that...Hopefully Ill be able to get some solid dyno #s soon now that I changed some stuff out to hold boost better and fixed some boost leaks...

1.64 60 ft...11.48ET @ 121 MPH

Ever considering turning the boost up a bit more and trying out E-85 (if available to you)?

I wish e85 was available...There isn't a station within an hour of me otherwise I would be all over that...Final tune will be 28-30 psi...I need to figure out my false knock issue...This is stock ecu & stock maf too...

Have you run your car at the track yet? I am interested on how she does...

Currently in afghanistan , when I get back Im going to be running about the same setup as your self, just a few different parts. E85 is always near me so id like to run that at around 30 - 32 psi. I tend to hit road course alot, the 1320 isnt really my thing but ill give it a shot if you want to compare. Do you think you have a faulty knock sensor? Doesn't hurt to replace it or get some detcans to check and be safe.

I used to autox a lot & I am signed up for a road course event later this year. Seems over the past year a half I have been going to the 1/4 more often. You are lucky to have e85 so close to you. Don't think the knock sensor is faulty, I plan on getting some detcans though & checking it before trying to mess with the knock sensor sensitivity. Stay safe over there & thanks for your services...

Thanks for the good faith bro. E85 is a blessing lol, to be honest I picked my apartment location based on its availability. Detcans are a blessing, but so is the knock sensor. Hopefully when I get back to Temecula the ACP class wont be full.... You chould come out to Cali sometime and hit up Willow with me hahahaha

My BBK-B is a turd ! Late to spool and makes very average power

Running the turbo hard 80% duty cycles hitting loads of 350 running 80/20 meth/water on a 2.4L with good exhaust & no cat. Struggles to make 400hp on most runs.

NO BOOST LEAKS !!! inlet has been pressurised and tested for leaks several times. Compression is good and even accross the 4 pots.

Think its about time to rip this thing off and throw it in the bin ! worst turbo I have ever purchased. Glad other people are getting results on their B's but I just cannot say the same. I have spent months trying to get this thing to work without result.

What is your WG's preload(WG spring pressure) set at and what DV/BOV are you using, cammy? When does your h20/alky activate?

1.5bar actuator with thres dialed in to spray a little early. It's starts at about 3000rpm in 4th. Not 100% sure what PSI turbo is running at but as I don't have a MAP sensor and my boost gauge has just given up. But the 1byte loads from the logs are indicating that boost should be over 30psi.

I have spoken to Chad, and I must stress this is not a big CBRD bash, Chad has been as helpful as anyone who is roughly 20,000kms away can be.

edit: I am running a flipped MR BOV but have removed it and blocked off the pipes for testing with no difference.
