To CBRD i realize your busy but ive called your shop 6 times , left 3 voicemails and sent one email. Over a 3 week time period .
Trying to order one of these is a PITA .
Maybe my phone doesnt work when you call me back, ha.

I had the same problem getting hold of CBRD. Ended up just ordering a bbk-b thru a vendor (mellon tuning).

But you might have to wait a while to get one as the last time i heard production is on hold for "bearing supplier issue" for the bbk-b since december.

oh well, hope its worth the wait.

Getting ahold of Chad or anyone at CBRD is a miracle. Once you do they are good to work with and great at explaining stuff. But God for bid you ever have an issue or anything. Car could be down for weeks. I guess that is how it is when you only have 3 people but it is a shame to see people turning away from them for business due to lack of communication. You call BR and Nick is there or will call you back very quickly. It is nice. With that said, I love CBRD. Just waiting for Chad to send me a base flash for the 1150s I have in my car so I can make it to York for my tuning date. I hope when I show up they still have me penciled in. haha.

If anyone is having trouble placing an order for these we can help with that as we have them on our website. However, the BBK-B in particular is still waiting on bearings and I don't have an ETA currently so it will require quite some patience with us to fill the order. Chad has been pretty responsive to our requests for an update but just doesn't have any news right now.

p.s. this is a badass turbo and well worth the wait in my opinion.

Hey Mellon, have you had any customer cars with the BBK-B on it or just the Full? I had the Full on my car and sold it, and now I am looking for more results for the B. Thanks!

We've sold some B's but thus far haven't had the opportunity to tune any. I'm ready to though!

I had the same problem. For what it's worth, I found the most reliable way to contact Chad was by PM. He usually answered those within a day or two. I gave up trying to call...

looks good, how does that particular mustang dyno (operators can change the output) compare to a dynojet (operators can't change the output)
