CBRD new BBKB results
Well I didn`t enjoy mine for too long. My brand new BBK-B died (shaft was bent) after few hundred miles. Blouch didn`t warranty the turbo cause they said I didn`t use the right oil ( which was Castrol Full Synthetic) and the Cover was chromed out. What a disappointment. I bought BBK cause it was suppose to be such a reliable great turbos for a pump gas and here I am almost 2 grand down the drain.
I hope you guys have more luck than me but I know one thing , no more BBK`s for me.

Used turbo... Cover removed... Chrome in the inlet to the compressor... Clean up done in the compressor outlet... Coating dine to the turbine housing.... Customer didn't receive the paperwork about startup etc....

Lol nvm. Chad answered my questions! Hah.
Def no bueno and are issues that would def contribute to the failure of a turbo. With so many hands touching that thing having it checked out before install is a good idea. granted you bough it coated...

You can't remove a cover on these Blouch turbos? I guess that there are always excuses. It was a Blouch turbo and it failed...duh! Certain oils. No coatings. If they are previously owned then they are no good. Come on! This is wimpy sh***t. Another motherless child.
OP said the shaft on his brand new BBK-B was bent. That's not Blouch's fault. It's buyer's fault. Pass the buck, wow! Blouch is gonna get it right sooner or later.
the turbo had zero miles when it was put on wallys car it was good oil and the bearings were tight not loose when removed the turbine shaft was just bent ??? seems like crappy parts FP ALL THE WAY <3 NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE THE BEST LOL
the part i dont understand is fine take the compressor housing off and chrome the ***** so what that has nothing to do with the balancing of the turbine ?? believe what u want if wally ever gets his turbo back from chad i will personally take it apart and take all the pictures u want sounds scetchy if u ask me if he paid to ship the turbo to cbrd y doesnt he get it back confusing

He is getting the turbo back
there was sanding done to remove chaining from the inside of the compressor housing... He didn't get paperwork regarding priming of the turbo... Etc.
Cheers

A housing that is sliding over a turbine or compressor with a hair thickness of clearance.... Imagine what can happen if it's slide on at an angle.
The situation is unfortunate... We have offered the owner a reduced price on a bbk or bbkb (even though he wasn't original owner)
