Have you called Chad and talk to him directly on this issue? I'm with a lot of others here, I purchased a BBK-full, had them tune my ride and have nothing but great things to say about their company and eat off the floor cleanliness. I would figure at the least they would work up a deal to get you the BBK-B BB with an additional cost or something. Good luck with it. Maybe Chad can chime in and give us some more details because this doesn't sound like them to me.

From memory chad is on holidays till after the 5th could be wrong might be till Monday , wrong time of year to be having problems I guess.
Personally I've had better service off cbrd than any other company.
Aware of alot of cammys problems though sounds like a stressful **** sandwich hope it gets sorted out for all involved.

Certainly a PITA but I am sure he will take care of you. We had some tuning issues with my car and he kept at it until they were damn near totally resolved. Like 3 seperate tuning sessions. It got to the point I was sick of driving out there and he offered to give me gas money next time out which was a nice gesture. I didnt take him up on it as I plan to do a 60k service and some last minute goodies in the spring but he wouldve. In short email him. Gets back to you faster that way. When he is back in the office I know he will hook you up. Keep us posted.

and his money is being refunded in full through his dealer-

hope that settles the argument- instead of going back through EVERY post-

also-

sorry we were closed from dec 24-jan 2nd- and I had the flu wed/thurs of this week-

the Ball bearing line up (tentatively) is:

BBK-Full Ball bearing
BBK-BB
BBK-C (something new wink)

some things may get adjusted slightly-

the ball bearing bbk full is something people have asked for but I dont think the price will justify the performance- the BBK full journal bearing has proven over and over to be a fantistically reliable and well rounded performer- so to add ball bearing to it for slightly better transient- I dont think will be my choice- however if our client wants that- we will supply it

More info on the others (and third party data) coming shortly

Thanks for keeping me on my toes guys!!

Chad,

Can you PM me a rough estimate on upgrading my current BBK-Full to ball bearing? I'm one of the really interested ones!

Mr Chad,

Can you please elaborate on your line of products? Only you know what you are talking about. What is BBK-BB? what is a BBK-C? can you just clarify something?

Typically the BB stands for Ball bearing but your website shows a very very generic oriented display of products, all you have is a BBK full and a Lite and some basic porting options.

Please expand your marketing by let the public know what you guys are working on, spit the beans, say some specs. If I were you I would just go like this:

BBk -BB features ie:

Water and oil cooled turbo
WGA rated at 15psi
Single flapper/ dual flapper, oval shape
Flow rating of 600cfm at 22psi or 45 LB-FT
Bolts on the original exhaust manifold
Twin scroll
Bolts on original location, no slim radiator fans needed
1 year warranty/10000 miles
Oriented for street/drag
Optional porting
Optional intake housing
Journal or ball bearing center cartridge
Optional turbine for various spool-up application
efficient max spool at xxxxx rpms
Efficient boost range from x to x psi
Max boost of xx PSI

I can go on an on. Do you know what I mean? You have this trend/pattern of announcing a product that takes forever to develop, you could seriously grab a whole lot of possible buyers if you were to directly define what your product does.. this is just my opinion.

On another note, as strange and silly as it sounds I personally seem to like the products that you offer. I wasn't convinced a while back.

Carlos- I understand your request-

We will be updating more info as availble- we like people to know that we are working on things- but dont always publish exact info until the products are released--- in case revisions get made- which they almost ALWAYS do--- rarely is something right the first time---

I will get more info posted as the final evaluation is done-

thanks for your input-
