I'm very pleased to see this working out. Cheers chad. Just goes to show there is no use pissing and moaning until you have all the info. I hope Cammy is happy, I know I would be.

Chad,

This looks very interesting after having run the BBK FULL in the UK for over 2 years at 2.1 bar. Its been a great road car turbo and been ultra reliable apart from help destroy my gearbox Do you know when an upgrade deal for existing BBK full owners will be released & how much/how long you'd need it for? After reading your post about the BB conversion on the BBK-B-BB reducing spool by 250rpm i'd be tempted in both upgrading the std full to a BBK-B-BB for extra legs and less boost to see if it can make std bbk full spool/transient response. Also be interesting to see the results on a BBK full-BB to see if you can make it out spool stock IX turbo.

will the BB core be a ceramic cartridge? good to see the tech moving along especially with the new hybrids emerging.

Great numbers there! I have E85 running in mine and I want to do the same mods. I'm just fearful that the torque will exceed 400 lbs. and that I'll blow a rod in the engine block. I've heard horror stories. But I think with your torque being so low, I can definitely do this mod! :-)
