Would have to compare them on different sized turbos.

I guess I'm trying to determine if its worth it to give those cams a shot and sell my Kelfords/SuperTechs or should I keep the Kelfords/Supertechs and sell the HKS cams/Springs.

As someone who just went through the whole stock turbo replacement decision, I have to say I am shocked to see how promising this option looks. I cannot once recall hearing about this turbo in the many months I spent reading thread after thread about the various offerings from FP/CBRD/whatever.

That said, I am happy with my BBK Full. I just wish I had even known this was coming because I would have waited.

Figured. I might take the chance and if numbers are better on other cans I'll upgrade later. I've been kinda thinking about going another direction.

Sean what was the power difference between the old HKS 272 cams, and the new 274's? You stated in your first post that you redynod the car after the cam install while it was still on the old turbo.

The cams are the only real downfall to the package deal. I wouldn't and I don't think very many other people would run HKS cams considering what other options are on the market. Of course if these are new for HKS that MIGHT be different. Guess I should look around a little more before posting. I guess they are new cams but will they perform?

The current kelford 272's will not preform as well as the New GSC's S2's that is a fact hands down.

I am also running kelfords right now and would like to know which is better. I'm guessing the HKS cams are designed for this turbo in mind. My question is HKS or GSC s2s.

exactly...the cams are designed for the turbo as a kit...leaving the guessing out...you guys need to remember that japanese have a very different perspective on building cars...as that stands my guess is THEY are more into low end mid range as this seems to be the whole point behind THEIR turbo...so these cams will probably be the same...good low end good mid range...probably not the highest peak cams out there...like GSC's or Kelfords...again that is just a guess...

I think I'm going to run the HKS's for now. And sell my Kelford 272's and Supertech springs.
