Force-Fed Tuned!! 6262&5857 Pump Gas Azz Kickers

Recently we were contacted by another shop to take care of a tune for them on a evo they had built and didn't have time to tune the car due to being backed up on a bunch of huge projects . Being more familiar with high horsepower domestics, boosting exotics and performing services for local supercars we didnt have a prolem helping them out. We then worked all the details out with the shop and got information on the build and what the customer was trying to get out of the car.

Now some details on the car

Evo IX
ETS 6262
AMS VSR
AMS FMIC
ID2000
Stock ecu tuning on SD
BR double pumper
Exedy triple
Shep trans 5spd conversion
Shep t-case
Built Motor/Head(SBR stage 5 head, local built 2.1)

We were contracted to tune the car on SD with a pump gas(93) tune as well as a E85 tune

After getting into town and getting the car to run well enough to get the car on the rollers for some pulls this evo really started to make some serious power on pump gas.

After getting the pump gas tune straightened out we ended up with 576WHP/503 ft-lbs on 93 oct 31PSI

The car was equipped with a greddy profec EBC and was having massive problems keeping the WG closed. We ended up switching it out with a MBC to get the power curve smoothed out.

Here is video of the car
http://www.youtube.com/user/forcefed.../0/orlthaF915U

After getting this car done the shop was kind enough to let us throw our 5857 car we have been building on the side for a while now which many people were waiting on results for and now we have pump gas results.

Car specs
Force-Fed Built 2.0(pistons Ceramic coated by Tirado Custom Coatings)
BR head(Ceramic coated combustion chambers and exhaust ports by Tirado Coatings)
ETS 5857
PTE WG
Carbonetics twin carbon
Full Blown Double pumper with Hobbs
SD
Driven Innovations IM
Boomba TB
FIC Bluemax1450's
ETS 4" FMIC with 3" UICP
Grimspeed 3Port EBCS

And many more lightweight and exterior mods(one of the cleanest cars on evoM)

I will let the owner Mike@Force-Fed Post pictures or more details

Anyways the car is set up for road racing and some time attack right now so we wanted to get a good base for pump gas owners(while this car will be tuned later on E85 kill mode)

Baseline was 414 at 25PSI
after just doing some slight timing mods and fuel(never touched boost)
Ended up with 473WHP at 25PSI!!! not bad for a small T3 turbo

Here is a video of the car on the dyno
http://www.youtube.com/user/forcefed.../2/ggodU4RGGQY

We will be going back to tune our car on E85 and more boost very soon

Special thanks to:

Another great local shop for the respect of calling us to get it done and the dyno time for our own car

Michael@ ETS for another awesome turbo kit/intercooler setup

Carlos Tirado@ Tirado custom coatings for some amazing powdercoating on our silver car

Matt@ Spoolinup for an awesome COP system and for letting us test some different systems

Terry@ Fortune Auto for the 5 foot tall shift knob that is in the car now lol

More power soon for both cars

We are about to find out

Honestly the turbo is done after 8k as you can hear in the video. We have not had the car on E85 yet and we will def see the difference as soon as we get it on our dyno hopefully tomorrow. I would imagine at 40psi on kill mode with E85 it would be pretty close to 600whp but we wont know till we try it.

How is a turbo "done" after only 8k? 8k RPM? or 8k miles lol

It was done after 8K RPM. Doesn't have 800 miles yet, so 8K miles is a little premature, haha. It's a nice turbo. I'm liking it more and more as time goes along.
