35R is more than enough on the road but gtx is a improvement if you don't mind running high boost, hta86 is also very good.
hta82 is quicker spool than a regular 35r but similar power output.
Depends on goals really.

Not to highjack the thread, but millen86 you have several threads on this. I would suggest making a call to one of the shops near you (or better yet the people working on the car if it isn't you) and talk out a modification plan. There is a lot more that is going to go into that than just the turbo kit.

Everything is done with with the exception of the turbo kit. I did call around, everyonesays something different. Everyone will speak highly about what they sell.

So you have found that the 3582 vs the HTA 3582 is just a quicker spool? not much more gained in top end? By the way spool is what i would like to gain, not so much top end power.
this is cause i have a 3582 that im thinking about converting to a HTA

Yep the hta spooled about 200rpm quicker ,no or very little gain in top end. This is on pump fuel.

Little update , with a very special Stage 4+ Head . I was able to get in 6 degrees of extra ignition and lots more fuel. Injectors now reaching limits at only 2 bar!
Unfortuately i ripped out 4th gear(5 speed box) while mapping so no logs but will have some in the next week or so!

The GTX is the newest.....I would venture to say one of the best, the HTA's are also proven. A standard 35R is fine to, but i'v only be going that route if you had buget constraints.

P.S
good numbers, but at Mustang dyno and GTX35R ETS kit with 93octane I have 527WHP on 2.2 bar and 1200cc were winished with 2 pumps too.... I think absolute number is incorrect. Dinojet is too optomistic dyno...)))
^^ its just a number to Tune from.....realistically it doesn't mean alot other then giving you a base number to go off of. I hate when people get into this HP vs Dyno debate.

I'd dare say the gtx is probably the best aswell, but i don't really want or need anymore power for the road and i already had the gt35r,i changed the head for response and it has helped as i am now seeing 30psi by just a tad under 4200rpm on a 4th gear pull but it has added alot of power and now i'm paying the price eating boxes etc.

Does the evo4 use the same trans as an 8? I havent heard of people killing 4th gear in the evo8 and 9's in the 5spds.

Yes it more or less the same box, the e4 actually has slightly thicker gears. I've heard of a few failures when around the 600+whp mark.
