TopSpeed Tuned Evo IX, 2.3L, 6765, Motec EMS, E85, 768WHP! **Pics Inside**
Hey guys and gals,
Just wanted to share with you all what happens when you combine a FULLY built Evo IX and a TopSpeed Motorsports tune! The car has more in it and seems to get choked up on the top end. The turbo has a .63AR and really needs a .82AR and a stiffer wastegate spring before we turn it up. The car made great power and makes a GREAT street car! The customer couldn't be happier! We're glad to be a part of this monster.
Here's a quick mod list..
2.3L Stroker Motor
Ported Head w/Dual Valve Springs and Retainers
Motec M800 EMS
Spark Tech Sequential 4 Channel Ignition
ID2200cc Injectors
Kelford Cams
Precision 6765 T3 w/.63AR
Buschur Turbo Kit
Koyo Half Radiator
AMS FMIC
AMS Intercooler Piping
AMS VSR Intake Manifold
Custom Oil Catch Can Setup
Boomba 75mm Throttle Body
Exedy Triple Carbon
Shep Trans
TopSpeed TUNED!
Unfortunately because of the small .63AR exhaust housing and soft wastegate spring, we stopped at 768WHP and 558WTQ at only 36psi. We plan on putting a .82AR, a stiffer WG spring and turning the boost up! We don't see cracking 800whp being an issue with this car.
Finally some pictures for you all! This is truly a beautiful machine.

i must say the only thing that impresses me more then the numbers and mod list, is the quality of work underhood, my hats off to ya top notch in my opinion. so clean ya can eat off it haha

The way I see it is this, if your 4G63 block is in good condition and you want a stroker motor then build a 2.3. If your block isn't salvageable, build a 2.4. Just my opinion.
Sure is the cleanest we've seen as well. No expense was spared.

Thanks! I'm not sure if the customer wants to break anything anytime soon and I don't blame him.
