S2's with a ported head is mega-
stock block built head, and s2's with a bbk full is an AWESOME package- we probably have 10-12 cars running around in the northeast like this!

Nice setup OP! Good numbers for pump gas, nice solid every day street brawler.
I have to agree, this is why the BBK Full is the perfect turbo for 99% of evo owners (as I always say), the stock block can handle the power, and keep the reliability and lack of expense of doing a shorty and crazy turbo setup. Yanking the head for a ported unit and doing biggie cams is an age-old trick that goes back forever and this car is no different. It's what I did on my 8 and how I've had good results with my X as well
