whenever you have the head off i highly recommend the arp hardware though, and also you could do the 1+1 but if its not done right then it can potentially cause problems with the head seal.

Ya I am going to be doing some of that today. I just ran out of time. The hard part is that I really need to do all the tests again to make them valid. Also when I start the testing this time, I am going to do 2 back to back baseline pulls to ensure that they are the same.

It really depends on how safe the tune is, detonation is what causes the cylinder pressure to sky rocket and will lift the head. I didn't run over 26psi on stock head bolts on pump gas for a just in case it happened, there are people on this forum that won't run more than stock boost on the stock head bolts. Now that I have head studs I run 28-29psi on e85. But I think it really comes down to how comfortable someone is for how much they will run.

I see no reason to mess with settings past stock, holding more boost up top doesn't necessarily mean your going to make anymore power anyway. Regardless of what you change in the tune.
Nice testing though, guess we will see if you can find any other settings that work better then stock.
I wouldn't even consider doing ARP headstuds on stock turbo, the stock ones are freaking strong as hell.

So I ran a few more tests tonight, and did my control test last. There was a net gain of 0. Myabe later in the week I will work on the Intake cam.
