That's a pretty lofty goal. I have pretty much all the mods that could be done without swapping turbos and am nowhere near 500. Tom is still tuning my Evo, and there are more gains to be realized, but it's not gonna hit 500. If you somehow make it good on ya!

Does Most Wanted still hold the record for the most power on a IX turbo (~462/492)?

OP, sorry did not mean to jack thread.

500whp is a stretch on the IX turbo. High 400's is even pretty crazy. So once I have done my other mods, I will take it to a real dyno and see what she puts down. If I can be 480+ I will be happy and call it good. Also if I cannot replicate the results more than once it is also not a valid number. So I will be doing more testing over the weekend to ensure that I can see back to back results in the same HP/TQ range. As long as I am +/- 1% every time, I call it consistant.

People have been high 400's on the IX turbo that is why I know it can be done. Not sure how long that poor little turbo will last .

most wanted does not have the most powerful stock turbo. he has the quickest and fastest. the most powerful (as far as I know) is Lucas from English racing with 522whp

Tom, how close are your number from an actual dynojet. My understanding is that they are really close?

pretty much dead on. if anything the virtual dyno will show less torque then a real dynojet for some reason. maybe we can throw it on a real dyno also to show it. hes going to the track soon with it tho.

and yes i think Lucas English still holds that record.
