it barely touches 30psi then tapers quick. the hp curve looks odd in this car like the timing is mechanically off in the cam gears or something. the torque spike im sure makes for a fun ride though.

Thanks for sharing scherejs. enjoy it. I know the tq is very fun.. just be wise the way you drive the car.. do not load it up in 4th gear then punch it at 2000rpm or 5th gear.. thats how the engines go easily with tq.

 

Good numbers. I was always scared to go passed 26psi on pump with my stock turbo, but good job none the less.

cruise in 4th or 5th gear around 1500-2000rpm .. something way low and floor the car (load it up) .. that is what results in rod through the block syndrome.

btw i just did a wicked car it hit over 400 on 93 with stock 9 turbo lol.

Is brake boosting at 2500-3000 to 30+psi in 4th or 5th gear every day a bad idea? I have been driving like a monkey for a long time and I have been pretty lucky thus far!

ya id say brake boosting isnt healthy in any condition.
