stock block vs map 2.0 shortblock comparison

i recently blew up my stock motor last december 2011
got all the parts in and kudos to JMS racing for assembling the block
and tuning .
both dyno were at 32psi on e85

stock block= 506whp/445tq built block=535whp/475tq
major mods
fp jb black turbo 18psi wg
fic 1450 cc
walbro 400
map 2.0 shortblock
kelford 272's
map valves,supertech seals,guides
supertech springs/retainers
ported ex mani
stock im and tb
shearer o2 dump
tbe
hks intake

Not much difference but at least you feel safe knowing your block is built. What was the cause of the engine failing?

Having a built block makes a huge difference when he wants to turn up the boost. Looks good man. nice setup

one of the cylinders gave out and i was having fuel pump issues.

You're first step should be replacing that 18# WG Actuator with a 25#.

Good numbers for a 2.0.

30hp/30tq isn't 'much difference' to you on the same boost/mods?
