Modded the stock pump housing and pull through it to the pump, filter on the firewall.

Awesome numbers! You can always run a surge tank with two 044 pumps. I found a website that sells the pumps for REAL CHEAP. http://www.tlfperformanceparts.com/P...um-Bosch1.html
Legit real Bosch pumps

TO, a couple of things to consider... 1) did your friend make this power on a Dynojet or Mustang dyno? Dynojets usually read a lot higher. 2) I promise you that 1600cc injectors in my car would never go as far as we've gone already on E85. I know this because I have a set of those injectors sitting on my shelf because I had to replace them with these id2000s. 3) C16 is a much different fuel than E85. It takes far LESS c16 to make big power. 4) All of my pulls were made in 3rd gear, which usually reads a bit lower than if you pull it in 4th gear. If we had fuel yesterday, and if I had pulled it in 4th gear, I think on 45-48psi this car was going to make close to 900hp.

Guys, the bosch 044s are basically the same as Walbro GSS340s, which I have two of those in the car now.

Actully at low pressure they flow the same but at 70psi and up the 044's destroy the walbros. 2 044's would fix it.

I would definitely like to see what you did here if you actually have any pics of it

BTW, we also learned something else yesterday that I didn't mention initially... But, now that we have reduced backpressure so significantly, the single 44mm gate is not enough to control boost on this turbo. We're using the AEM electronic boost control, and when we made a little as a 2% change in the duty cycle on the boost control selonoid the boost would change drastically, like 8-10lbs drastically.

True, I am running the gate back into the downpipe, but with the 4inch exhaust I don't thing it would matter if we sent it to o2.

Basically, I need either a Tial 60mm gate, or I need to fab on another gate. At the end of the day, I'm pretty sure this Bullseye turbo is flowing similar CFM to an old-skool Garret GT4202, which always used two gates to control boost.

Even with the gate fully open yesterday, we saw continual boost creep... Last year we didn't have this problem at all. But now we don't have backpressure aiding the gate and the turbo just wants to run away.

Is there something I can read on this? Do you have a test that someone has done to verify this?

I'm asking because I only want to fix this ONCE. I don't want to do something only to discover I'm right where I started.

You might not need to upgrade the fuel pumps try to put on -8 feed or -10 feed line you will keep making power pizzaman Evo had this same problem was making over 800 dj running out of fuel with br dp and stock lines. He then upgraded lines and re dynoed the car or cbrd mustang dyno and made around the same whp as you but he had 255 fuel pumps try the fuel lines first then to from there

I'm running dual walbro's to a surge tank and two 044's to the rail, might be something to look at. I'm not close to maxing the set up at this point so I couldn't tell you the limits, but something similar might be worthwhile for you (maybe bigger than 044's to the rail).

***also upgraded lines including return***
