I got a new set bout to go in right now. If you think they are good, the other culprit is your feed line as Emery suggested. Its a fairly cheep mod anyway. It couldnt hurt. I think i put mine together for less than $125 from summit with a fuel filter.
The turbo is a 68mm (inducer/inlet size) turbo. The exducer side is 98mm. It uses the BorgWarner ETT (extended tip technology) which makes it act like a bigger turbo. I believe this makes it the biggest turbo (both compressor and turbine wheels) you can get in a t-3 footprint. Yes, the wheels (both cold and hotside) are bigger than even a Precision 6766 or the new 8794 that everyone raves about, or even the 9180 that some have used.

Summary of Bullseye Comp68r turbo (the baddest, nastiest, t3 footprint turbo on the block
Compressor Wheel:
-Inducer...68mm
-exducer...98mm

Turbine Wheel
-Interior Wheel size...80mm
-Exterior Wheel size...71mm (can be made as large as a custom 74mm)

Injector duty was near 90%, but I am gong to re-scale them, and it was high because we were running out of fuel and the injector was trying to compensate somewhat. At the power level I think this thing will make at 44-45psi, I think I'll come close to maxing the DC on these id2000s. I really don't want to go to a double fuel rail set-up if I can avoid it.

I am going to upgrade the feed lines to the rail. I'm also looking at having Dave put at least one, maybe even two of those new Walbro 400 in my double-pumper setup. Even if two of them is overkill, I know I will have enough, and I like not having to worry about things like that.

For example, I have the Sparktech COP-CDI 14 box on my car. Most other guys have the CDI 12 box and do just fine with that box. It cost me a little more money, but I wanted the box that would burn raw alcohol if necessary. This way I don't have to worry about it

Forward thinking is what delivers the results.. that is just plain old ridiculous, on that dyno.

well done

I started each pull at 3800rpm and I believe we were seeing it all in by about 5000rpm. But, I'm not absolutely certain on that, so let me check to make sure.

Last year the turbo was laggy with only 3inch downpipe and exhaust. Its much more responsive this year with the 4inch downpipe and exhaust.

I call a ride if you are making the shoot out this year lol.

I don't think I'll ever go bigger than a 6266, but if I did and that is hitting full spool at 5k I would have to strongly consider that turbo lol. The 6266 its actually overkill (even with the f'in hks 280s) for the tracks I'll be hitting up over the summer, but oh well ^_^

I'm using an AEM electronic boost controller on the car. With this we can play with making the boost ramp agressive by hammering the wastegate closed earlier. This allows a more aggressive boost curve than what you would get with a manual boost controller. The advantage of a simple manual controller is that it is EASY...basically dummy proof. But if you can learn how to make an electronic controller like AEM work, it will allow you to make a bigger turbo like mine spool in ways you wouldn't expect.
