fftec tuning - anybody recommend this place?

Hello all, I have been looking at tuners in my area (SF bay area) and have stumbled upon a shop in Hayward named FFTec. They seem reputable, but i don't see that a lot of people recommend them on the Internet. What is a standard rate from any old shop for a 91 tune?

I am currently experiencing a lot of BOV flutter in 4th gear and 5th gear.

When I was stationed out there a couple years ago, I took my car to them, and they were outstanding. Sean, Dave, Jesse, and crew are extremely patient and methodical on checking things out, I have no doubts about them treating you and your car right.

Check out their work (in the FFTEC Daily Log especially) Here:

Sean's close friend, Patrick B. has a 9 sec Evo that they work on as well, so they can handle anything from stock to extreme build with no problem.

FFTEC has a solid reputation in the sf bay area. Check out the local forum evoempire.org which they are much more active on. Good luck!

FFTEC tuned my car, and did my timing belt. They are an awesome shop and do great work.

They arent as active on this forum as they are on the local area evo forums.

awesome shop and i'd trust them with about anything. as someone mentioned b4 they're a little expensive but you get what you paid for. as far as the $250/hr i believe that is for tuning.

Best to call them to ask/set up an appointment, but that sounds lilke the rate for tuning.

Sean is the one that convinced me to try SD on the Evo way back when. We sell and trade parts, they are definitely solid.
