TSCOMPUSA Tuned - Stock Block HX40!

Tom did it again!
So after some trouble figuring out what to do about tuning my car, I decided to go with Tom aka TSCOMPUSA...He squeezed me into his busy tuning schedule in order for me to go to this car show in the dells...

Thanks Tom! Im very happy with the results!

Heres some info on my setup:
Stock Block
Stock Head
Stock Intake Manifold
Stock Throttle Body
Stock Maf
Single Walbro 255
FIC 1450cc
Kelford 272 Cams
Manley Springs and Retainers
Holset 8-Blade HX40
Bullseye Power T3 Hotside w/ 3" V-Band
EBAY T3 Manifold
PTE 46mm V-Band Wastegate
Custom Intake Pipe
Custom UICP and LICP
OBX Intercooler
Grimmspeed MBC
Synapse Synchronic DV
EBAY Civic Dual Core Radiator
Cusco Twin Disk

e85 on 28psi
On Virtual Dyno - 497hp and 384tq

All of this tuning was done without being able to log AFR's due to my Zeitronix requiring a serial to usb cable...

Ill be back later to upload a video of one of the pulls I did during the tuning process...and I'll add some pics...

lol Tim didn't think you were gonna post it yet..

its funny because i tuned this car in 2 pulls only... lol! (waiting for you to add what i said .. then we can make a lot more power)

the spoolup is laggy though, i think the external gate is coming open early or something.. when i overlayed your spool curve with badev0's / Scott's his spooled much quicker.

what size springs do you have in your wga Tim?

Another thing to note is, I had the 7-blade HX40, which spools slower then the 8-blade version. Definitely find out what springs are in there

I'm sorry but there is no excuse for this. No matter how good your tuner is, it's your responsibility as an owner to have a wideband on your car.

The fact that you had a wideband, and can't connect to it, is just plain pitiful. USB to Serial adapters sell for less than $6 on amazon. You're in a hurry? With amazon prime, it's less than $10 overnight.

Good numbers, but shame on you.

as long as i can see RPM and wideband together its no different.. either way we stopped in 2 WOT pulls because i wanted to make a lot more power but not increase torque and i cant safely do that until a few things are changed..

this car could probably go far above 600.

i also made a contest regarding this vehicle here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ne...aking-win.html

this was probably the most expensive video ive ever posted on this forum yet. i am $100 short now.

Damn those holsets push out some power. I might have to do an Ebay Full race ghetto manifold and steal one off of a truck and see what it do. Great numbers for that boost with little timing.
