300 miles on e85 must be nice. I had to put gas in mine 3 times this weekend. 172 miles took over 3/4 a tank to get home even driving 60 to 65 all the way home. Took me a half a tank to get to Norwalk, put 20 in it to get me around, half tank again 20 more into it to get me back and forth to the races, 20 more before I left, had 3/4 tank when I left car ran out of gas in my driveway. Well just about to my driveway had enough to cost up part of it and had to toe it up the rest of the way.

heres the pics of the gauge as we progressed.. we were cruising 90% time in 16-20 vacuum.

------------------------------------------------------------------

and heres a race between my 2 customers Will & Steve. Steve bogged launch, Will out drove steve entire time, but Steves car is on e85 Will's on 93.. plus wills not 100% dialed in.. so not fair lol. (both cars on stock ecu and speed density)

and heres the video Steve made himself:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

heres the timeslips (the one on the right he missed 5th gear):

Seems to be spooling up a little bit late compared to your personal EVO with the 2.3 liter. Or am I missing something?
Still very impressive results for being on stock cams!

it is, my personal evo has a ported head though which helps spool a lot. but i purposely made his torque curve very linear and flat vs aggressive so he doesn't break his stock trans and transfercase.

300 miles to the tank on E85 without putting the car in open loop? That's insane! It must be related to the cams or something. So the car that ran 11.44 @ 127 was on pump 93? Which car is this you are tuning?

both slips are from the same car. # 6824. Its the car that the dyno thread is made for. the one with my built engine.

the one he went 11.2 @ 121 he missed 5th gear. that would of most likely been a high 10 second pass maybe if you compare the data between the slips. if not a minimal of 11.12 @ 128 based on the 2 slips shown based on 1000ft and 1/8 mph. but hes gone quicker then the other slip so a 10 was definitely within reach i believe..

i think its closer to 280 Miles to a tank based on what the marks are doing on the gas gauge.

I tuned both the cars in that video though that were racing against each other in the stock appearing class. the 93oct car (white) was not 100% fully tuned though.

car looks good with nice power! curious to see how spool specifically is effected by the larger cams.
